By applying to become a creator on FreakLikeDat, you agree to comply with this Creator Agreement, the Acceptable Use Policy, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.
You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant FreakLikeDat a non-exclusive worldwide license to host, stream, display, promote, and distribute your content solely for operation and promotion of the platform.
Creators must complete identity verification using a valid government-issued ID before publishing content or receiving payouts.
Every performer appearing in uploaded content must be at least 18 years old and have provided informed consent. Required records must be maintained in accordance with applicable recordkeeping laws, including 18 U.S.C. ยง2257 where applicable.
All creator uploads are reviewed before public publication. FreakLikeDat may reject, remove, or suspend content that violates platform policies or applicable law.
Eligible creators receive payouts according to the applicable revenue share and payout policies. Fraudulent transactions, chargeback abuse, or policy violations may delay or prevent payouts.
Creators may not upload illegal content, non-consensual content, exploitative material, content involving minors, trafficking, prostitution, or material that violates the Acceptable Use Policy.
You may upload only content that you own or have permission to distribute. Copyright complaints are handled under the FreakLikeDat DMCA policy.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of this agreement, fraud, impersonation, illegal activity, or repeated policy violations.
Creators may request removal of their own content. FreakLikeDat also maintains a complaints and appeals process for depicted persons consistent with the Trust & Safety Policy.
This agreement is governed by applicable United States and state law.
