Acceptable Use Policy

1) Adults Only

FreakLikeDat is strictly limited to adults who are at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction if higher. No person under 18 may create an account, access restricted adult areas, appear in content or participate in platform activity.

2) Verified Creators and Performers

• Creators must complete all required identity and age-verification procedures before publishing or monetizing content.
• Every identifiable performer appearing in adult content must be a verified adult.
• Creators must provide accurate identity, stage-name, consent and compliance information when requested.
• Impersonation, stolen identities, fake verification documents and falsely representing another person are prohibited.
• Creators may not upload content featuring an unverified performer.

3) Consent Requirements

• All depicted activity must involve informed, voluntary and affirmative consent.
• Consent must exist before recording, during the activity and for publication or distribution.
• Creators must maintain all required performer releases, collaboration agreements and identity records.
• A person may not be filmed, livestreamed or recorded without their knowledge and authorization.
• Hidden-camera, voyeuristic, leaked, revenge or otherwise non-consensual content is prohibited.

4) Prohibited Sexual Content

Users may not upload, sell, promote, request or distribute content involving:

• Minors, persons presented as minors or the sexual exploitation of children.
• Incest or sexual activity represented as involving actual family members.
• Bestiality or sexual activity involving animals.
• Rape, sexual assault, forced sex, coercion or non-consensual activity.
• Human trafficking, sexual slavery or exploitation.
• Unconscious, incapacitated, drugged or otherwise unable-to-consent persons.
• Extreme violence, serious bodily injury, torture, mutilation or death.
• Any obscene or illegal material prohibited by applicable law or payment-partner rules.

Clearly fictional roleplay may still be prohibited when it depicts, promotes or markets conduct that violates this policy, applicable law or payment-processor requirements.

5) No Prostitution or Paid Sexual Meetups

• FreakLikeDat may not be used to advertise, arrange, request or facilitate prostitution or sexual services in exchange for money or anything of value.
• Users may not advertise meetups, appointments, dates or travel arrangements as disguised offers for paid sexual activity.
• Paid creator bookings must relate to lawful professional production, performance or appearance services and must comply with platform verification and contracting requirements.

6) No Stolen or Infringing Content

• You must own the content you upload or possess all necessary rights, licenses and permissions.
• Stolen videos, pirated media, reposted subscription content and unauthorized screen recordings are prohibited.
• You may not remove watermarks or falsely claim another person's content as your own.
• Copyright complaints are handled under our DMCA Policy.

7) Real Humans and Synthetic Content

• Creator accounts must represent real, verified human beings or legitimate verified businesses.
• AI-generated persons may not impersonate real people or be presented as verified human creators.
• Deepfakes, face swaps or synthetic sexual depictions of identifiable persons are prohibited without documented authorization and platform approval.
• Any permitted synthetic or interactive media must be clearly labeled and comply with all other platform rules.

8) Harassment and Harmful Conduct

• No threats, stalking, bullying, blackmail, extortion or intimidation.
• No publishing private personal information without authorization.
• No hate speech or targeted abuse based on protected characteristics.
• No encouragement of self-harm, violence or illegal activity.

9) Fraud, Spam and Deception

• No scams, fraudulent payment activity, chargeback abuse or money laundering.
• No misleading pricing, fake promotions, false earnings claims or deceptive billing descriptions.
• No phishing, malicious links, repetitive spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
• No manipulation of likes, followers, purchases, reviews or platform statistics.

10) Drugs, Weapons and Illegal Transactions

• No sale or distribution of illegal drugs, controlled substances or unlawful prescription products.
• No unlawful weapons sales, trafficking, explosives or instructions intended to cause serious harm.
• No transactions prohibited by sanctions, financial laws, card-network rules or applicable law.

11) Livestreams and Interactive Features

• All livestream participants must be verified adults before appearing.
• Creators must supervise livestreams and immediately stop prohibited activity.
• Livestreams may be reviewed, interrupted, blocked or removed for safety and compliance reasons.
• Private messages and paid requests remain subject to this policy.

12) Content Pre-Screening, Moderation and Enforcement

All user-uploaded content is reviewed before public publication to ensure it is not illegal and does not violate this policy, our Terms, Community Standards, payment-processor requirements or applicable law. Content remains unpublished until approved by FreakLikeDat.

FreakLikeDat may reject, restrict, remove or preserve content when necessary for investigation, safety, legal compliance or payment-processor requirements.

Enforcement may include:

• Content rejection or removal.
• Loss of upload, livestream or monetization privileges.
• Temporary suspension or permanent account termination.
• Withholding or reversing transactions where legally permitted.
• Reporting suspected exploitation, abuse or illegal activity to payment partners or authorities.

13) Complaints, Content Removal and Appeals

Report suspected prohibited, illegal, non-consensual or infringing content to freaklikedatstudios@gmail.com. Include the relevant profile, URL, content description and supporting information.

Complaints are reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days. Content may be temporarily restricted during review. Outcomes may include no action, content removal, loss of platform privileges, account suspension or account termination.

A person depicted in content may request its removal or appeal a decision concerning that content. Content will be removed when an investigation determines that consent was not given or is legally invalid. Unresolved disagreements may be submitted to an independent neutral body at Freak Like Dat Studios LLC's expense where required.

Complaints may also be submitted through the CCBill complaints/take-down request form .

14) Anti-Human Trafficking

Freak Like Dat Studios LLC does not condone human trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercion or abuse. Suspected human trafficking or related illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
