2) Accounts & Security
- You’re responsible for your account activity and keeping your login information secure.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or safety/compliance reasons.
3) What We Provide
We provide a platform that may include memberships, creator pages, media posts, paid unlocks, messaging, and community spaces (including “Energy Exchange” features). Features may change as the platform evolves.
4) User Content & Creator Uploads
Users may upload or submit content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a limited license to host, store, transmit, display, and distribute your User Content solely to operate the Service and deliver it to users who have access (for example, subscribers or purchasers).
You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights and permissions for any User Content you upload, including the rights of all performers and anyone appearing in the content.
5) Prohibited Content (Zero Tolerance)
Do not upload, post, or share content that includes or promotes:
- Any sexual content involving minors (or anyone under 18), or content that exploits minors.
- Non-consensual content, coercion, blackmail, extortion, or “revenge” content.
- Real-world violence, threats, or content that encourages harm.
- Human trafficking, exploitation, or forced sexual acts.
- Unauthorized recorded content, hidden-camera content, or content captured without consent.
- Stolen content or copyright infringement.
- Doxxing, harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse.
- Any illegal content or conduct.
6) Consent, Verification, and Safety
- All performers in sexual content must be 18+ and must have provided affirmative consent.
- We may require creators to complete verification steps (including identity and age checks) to upload or monetize content.
- We may remove content or restrict accounts to protect users and comply with platform and banking rules.
7) Reporting & Takedowns
If you believe content violates these Terms, is non-consensual, or infringes your rights, contact freaklikedatstudios@gmail.com. We may request information to investigate and take action.
8) DMCA / Copyright
We respect intellectual property. If you believe content infringes your copyright, send a notice to freaklikedatstudios@gmail.com. See our DMCA page for details.
9) Payments, Subscriptions, and Digital Goods
- Payments are processed by our payment partners. We do not store full card details on our servers.
- Subscriptions: renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future billing.
- Digital goods / unlocks: access is delivered digitally; availability may depend on account status and compliance.
- Creator tips: Tipping is not currently available on FreakLikeDat. If tipping is introduced in the future, applicable pricing and payment terms will be displayed before the transaction.
10) Refunds
Refund rules are described on our Refund Policy page. In general, digital goods are non-refundable once delivered, except for duplicate charges or access failures, or where required by law.
11) Chargebacks & Fraud
We may suspend accounts involved in chargeback abuse, suspected fraud, or policy violations. We may also limit access to protect the platform and creators.
12) Community Rules (Energy Exchange)
- Respect boundaries, consent, and the rules of each room/community.
- No harassment, doxxing, threats, or discrimination.
- We may remove users from rooms or suspend accounts for safety reasons.
13) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time if we believe a user has violated these Terms, created risk, or we must do so for compliance. You may stop using the Service at any time.
14) Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t guarantee uninterrupted access or that content will always be available (for example, content may be removed for compliance).
15) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from user content or third-party actions.
16) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we’ll post an updated effective date. Your continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
