What to include in your DMCA notice

• Your contact information: full name, email address, and other contact details.
• Identify the copyrighted work: describe the work you claim has been infringed.
• Infringing material location: provide the specific URL(s) on our site where the material appears.
• Good-faith statement: a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• Accuracy statement: a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
• Signature: your physical or electronic signature.

After we receive your notice

If your notice is complete, we may remove or disable access to the material and may notify the uploader/creator. We may request additional information if needed to process your request.

Counter-notice (if content was removed by mistake)

If you believe your content was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to freaklikedatstudios@gmail.com.

Note: A valid counter-notice typically includes identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, your contact information, and your consent to jurisdiction as required by law.

Repeat infringers

We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
