Creators may offer custom videos, photos, audio, or other personalized content. All requests are subject to the creator's acceptance.
Unless otherwise agreed between the creator and customer, accepted custom orders will be delivered within seven (7) business days.
Creators may not accept requests involving illegal activity, minors, non-consensual acts, coercion, prostitution, trafficking, violence that violates platform policy, or any content prohibited by the FreakLikeDat Acceptable Use Policy.
Whether revisions are offered is determined by the creator and should be stated before the order is accepted.
Customers may request a refund if a creator does not deliver the accepted custom order within the agreed timeframe, unless an extension has been mutually agreed upon. Refund decisions are reviewed according to FreakLikeDat's platform policies.
Creators may decline or cancel custom requests that violate platform rules or applicable law.
