Digital Goods

Digital goods (clips, downloads, paid unlocks) are generally non-refundable once access is delivered, except where required by law or in cases of duplicate charges or technical failure.

Memberships / Subscriptions

Memberships/subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. Cancellation stops future billing and access continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

When we may issue a refund

• Duplicate charges
• Unauthorized transaction reported promptly
• Technical error where access was not delivered
